1:1 coaching is the most personalized coaching service I offer.
In this style of coaching, I go over a detailed medical intake form and we go over your entire medical history. I also have you fill out a diet diary so I can analyze food intake to properly assess imbalances. I use these as tools to help me determine the root cause of the symptoms you are experiencing.
I also use these tools to determine where adjustments can be made to reduce overall cancer risk. These include changes to nutrition, lifestyle, mindset, stress reduction, possible supplementation, and more.
I will explain in layman’s terms what is happening to your body on a cellular level so you will understand and be empowered to make the changes I recommend.
As your coach, I’m not just there to give you suggestions - I’m there to motivate you, empower you, and keep you accountable to your own goals. And remember, I’m living proof that these changes can have a tremendous impact on your overall health and quality of life. I implement each and every technique I give you in my own life as part of my own cancer prevention protocol.
